R's Bath

R's bath is tiled! We were short 4 pieces of bullnose...but otherwise it's a done deal. FINALLY! It's really dark in his bath, so the pictures aren't very good.

We have drywall!

Hard to believe...but drywall has finally started. Five months in and we finally see progress on the interior. Hopefully they will have the upstairs additional complete by next week.

Exterior almost complete!

Stucco is complete. They need to paint the exterior, replace the garage door and install the outdoor lighting. Hopefully they can focus their energy on the interior now!

Exterior Updates - Patio Views

Well, I was getting a little down about the SLOW progress at the house. But, looking at the latest photos, I realize it is coming along...slowly but surely. We are waiting for the stucco to dry before the last layer goes on the 2nd story addition. The brick will be painted to match the existing color. Also our new roof is on!

It's hard to tell from my photos, but our slate roof had seen better days. I guess at 72 - it served the house well. We opted for "fake slate" due to cost. I was pleasantly surprised to see how good it looked once it was installed. Here are a few photos:
